Screw Flight Forming Machine

We have different models of forming machines for different dimensions of screw flight with different processing.

1. Continuous cold rolled helical blade: Thickness: 2-8mm, maximum strip width of 150mm. The machines: GX130-6M (2-6mm), GX150-8L (2-8mm).

2. Continuous helical blades and other thick: Thickness: 2-20mm, the maximum width of 80mm.

The machines: GX30-5S (2-5mm), a maximum width of 40mm;
GX80-20S (6-20mm), maximum width of 80mm.

3. Sectional Screw flight with big thickness, big diameter, big pitch. Any size, mold production.

Material: low-carbon steel. Manganese steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant steel to meet the customers' different industrial needs.
